NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit

The NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit is designed to prepare single, paired-end and multiplexed genomic DNA libraries for sequencing using Illumina® GAIIx, HiSeq 2000/1000 and MiSeq platforms. The enhanced NEXTflex™ kit simplifies workflow by using master mixed reagents and magnetic bead based cleanup, reducing pipetting and eliminating time consuming steps in library preparation. The NEXTflex DNA Sequencing Kit features “Enhanced Adapter Ligation Technology” resulting in library preps with a larger number of unique sequencing reads. By making changes to the ligation enzymatic mix, the user will now have the ability to perform ligations with longer adapters and expect to see better binding efficiencies. In addition, the availability of up to 96 unique adapter barcodes makes this the most high-throughput kit available.

New, Completely Gel-Free, Library Prep Protocol
The NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kit now includes an optional protocol which allows you to completely eliminate the gel purification step. The alternative bead-based protocol reduces the required sample prep time by 2 hours and allows for complete automation of DNA library prep.

The NEXTflex™ DNA Sequencing Kits contain the reagents to prepare 8  genomic DNA samples for Illumina®-compatible next-generation sequencing. The shelf life of all reagents is 12 months when stored properly at -20°C. Ships on dry ice.
